The number that matters is the last one: claims that are actually yours.
If that number is zero, that's not a failure of your business. It means every reason you've given someone to choose you is a reason your competitors are also giving. When a customer reads three websites saying the same six things, there's nothing left to compare except the number at the bottom of the quote.
That's why you lose jobs to cheaper businesses doing worse work.
